I’m so sorry I forgot your name, 10/05/2018, first chair on the right. Excellent service, quality, and hair cutting ability. She cut my 2 year old sons hair with absolutely no problem. She was kind and interactive with him. Very professional with me. She was patient, and her cut was clean, as well as diligent. It was a bald fade.. on a two year old to get it as blended as nice as it was impressed me. I’m so sorry I forget your name but you did an amazing job, we plan on being back.

I arrived at the Murrysville location on Friday morning 01/26/18 at 10:03 am. There was one client getting her hair cut and no other customers in the store. I watched a stylist in the back room engaged in an animated conversation. She saw me enter the store and could clearly see me sitting and watching her. We made eye contact over and over. At 10:18 am, I asked the stylist cutting hair if there was another stylist available to cut my hair. Her response was, “she should be in the back,but I don’t know where she went”.The stylist “ in the back” certainly saw and heard this conversation. I went just 1/8 of a mile down the road and gladly paid more for more PROFESSIONAL service. BTW, I am a local business owner with 12 female employees, less than a mile from this location. So sad. Awful. I hope the manager is paying attention.
