I just got my haircut done by the stylist that has the last chair on the left and she wrecked my hair, again!!! She also cut my side burns off without even asking me!!! The hair on the sides of my head is not cut even and some hairs are quarter inch to half inch longer then others. I can't style my hair like I want to and normally do because my hair was not cut correctly. Then during the massage part, she is trying to up sell me to buy the season pass. That's not when I want to hear about promotions. I definitely will never let her cut my hair again, horrible experience for the second time!!!

Chelsie did a great job cutting my sons hair. She was friendly and my 3 year old actually had fun!
